I knew from the start we were going to need someone to help us map out and plan our 3-week trip to Italy and Jessica did just that. She helped us narrow down where exactly we wanted to go; we gave her the things we were looking for, especially in a hotel, and she had plenty of options for us to choose from. She also gave us ideas on things to do in each city, which was very helpful since I’ve never been to Italy. 

She was always really quick to respond. Even when one of our day trips got canceled while we were in Italy, Jess was on it, and had alternative options ready to go, which gave our trip peace of mind. 

It was a bit of a learning curve for my mom to try to plan this all online through email. Jess was kind enough to jump on a call with us, which was really helpful and I appreciate her doing that. It really helped, especially in the early days of planning where to go. 

In the end, we had a fantastic trip. We enjoyed every city we went to, although, the area in Naples we stayed in was a bit rough. I don’t think we’ll be going back there, but I’m glad we went there once. We also wouldn’t recommend the Hop on/Hop off bus in Palermo. We paid for a 48h tour but only got a 24h voucher and in the end we barely even used it because it was stuck in traffic most of the time. They also dropped us off in the middle of nowhere and we didn’t see the bus again so we were forced to walk. Not a pleasant experience, but what’s a big trip without hiccups. Jess even tried to get us a refund, unfortunately the company wasn’t willing to budge, but I appreciate her persistence on trying to help with that, too.

From the very beginning, Jessica demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail all the way up to and including my trip to Europe.

 Jessica efficiently helped coordinate all the major components of our trip. What I especially appreciated was that before any booking was finalized, she carefully reviewed the details with me to ensure everything was accurate. This gave me great confidence and helped avoid any complications during our travels.

Jessica was also extremely helpful in offering alternate suggestions that ultimately improved our travel plans. 

 What stood out most was that Jessica truly listened. She took the time to understand our interests, preferences, and travel style, and I felt she genuinely cared about creating the right experience for our family. She was always polite, approachable, and available to answer my many questions. At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing her. Instead, she remained patient, supportive, and thorough throughout the process.

 Jessica also created a Google folder containing all our important travel documents, including flights, excursions, car rentals, and transportation details. This level of organization made everything much easier to manage. 

Overall, Jessica provided a very positive experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, quick response time, thoughtful planning, and ongoing support played a significant role in making our family trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

 I would absolutely book with Jessica again for future travel plans, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and client-focused travel agent.

I want to express how easy and smooth my experience was when booking my vacation with Jessica. She took care of every little thing. She was very experienced with booking the flight and hotel, and she was very knowledgeable about what to do when you get to your destination. I pretty much had my days filled with excursions, she advised.
